It’s silent by default. While it runs there’s no ticking, only the shrinking disk showing what’s left — so it fits libraries, study halls and shared offices where a ticking clock would bother people.
The alarm at the end can be Chime, Beep or Silent in Sound and display. On Silent, the disk blinks and the tab title changes when time is up. Phones that support vibration also vibrate.
Turn on Notify me when time’s up and you won’t miss the end even while working in another window. And if a ticking sound actually helps you focus, switch on Ticking sound. Your settings are saved in this browser.
